Designed for separated, accountable access
The public portal shows the intended security model using synthetic data. Production controls and integrations require separate implementation, review and authorization.
Role-based access
Super Admin, HR Staff, Client Admin and Employee views demonstrate different action permissions. Privileged roles show a visible “Viewing as” indicator and the tenant scope available to that role.
Tenant separation
Client-company records are intended to remain separated. HR staff should see only assigned companies; client users should see only their own company; employees should see only permitted personal records.
Sensitive workflows
Payroll approvals, NIB filings, document uploads, email delivery and banking actions are simulated in this public demo. It does not connect to production systems or real employee information.
Audit and accountability
The product story includes action-based permissions, segregation of payroll duties, record ownership and an audit trail for meaningful activity.
