These terms distinguish the public company website and product demonstration from any separately contracted live service.
Website information
Website content is general information about available and contemplated services. A service engagement begins only after scope, responsibilities, client inputs, professional requirements, timing and commercial terms are agreed.
Demonstration portal
The portal is a product demonstration. All companies, people, documents and figures are synthetic. Demonstration actions do not create live payroll, NIB filings, banking instructions, employment records or external messages.
Professional and statutory review
Payroll, NIB, tax, work-permit and other regulated or specialist work may require client authorization and review by appropriately qualified professionals. Demonstration calculations must not be relied on for live decisions.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to introduce real employee, payroll, banking, identity or confidential client data into the public demonstration. Do not interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access.
