Terms of Use
These terms apply to the public website and authorized use of the Simplified Portal, alongside any separate client service agreement.
Website information
Website content is general information about available services. A service engagement begins only after scope, responsibilities, client inputs, professional requirements, timing and commercial terms are agreed.
Portal accounts
Portal access is personal to the invited user. Keep passwords and invitation links private, use accurate information, and notify Simplified Outsourcing promptly if access may have been compromised. Administrators may suspend or remove access when appropriate.
Payroll and statutory work
Portal payroll and NIB records support preparation, review and approval. They do not constitute banking instructions or automatic statutory filing. Clients remain responsible for required approvals and for confirming information before external processing or submission.
Acceptable use
Use the portal only for authorized company work. Do not attempt to access another company, upload malicious or unrelated material, share another person’s credentials or interfere with the service.
